How booking a stay works.
Baytty is early. Rather than promise systems we have not switched on, here is exactly what happens between finding a house and unlocking the door.

Search and open a house
Choose your region, dates and number of guests, then open the properties that fit.

See the full price
The property page lists accommodation and cleaning before you commit, with the total.
- Step 3
Request to book
Send your request. Nothing is charged at this step because your host still has to approve the dates.
- Step 4
We check with the host
Baytty confirms availability and replies on WhatsApp with the total and deposit arrangement.
- Step 5
Pre-arrival details
After confirmation, you receive the address, arrival notes, check-in time and host contact.
- Step 6
Review after checkout
After checkout, we invite a verified review. Only reviews from completed stays are published.
What “verified” means today
A “Verified property” mark means we checked the host's identity and right to rent the house. It does not mean we inspected it in person — when visits begin, we will say so on the listing.
Cancellation: free up to 7 days before check-in. Inside that window, refunds are agreed with the host. Reviews appear only after real completed stays.
